The evening also had the jet-setting crowd indulge on gourmet creations of Chef Gilbert Pangilinan who whipped up local interpretations of popular Singaporean dishes like satay, popiah and oyster omelet and prepared favorite Filipino dishes such as chicken adobo rice, lumpiang sariwa, wagyu inasal and suckling pig. This was in collaboration with the LTB Association of Chefs who recently won several awards at the 2016 Culinary Challenge in Singapore, a prestigious event hailed as one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive food shows.
