Ormoc City: Two Coast Guard personnel and the captain of M/B Nirvana-B have been charged with reckless imprudence resulting to multiple murder on Thursday.
Investigating Prosecutor Erwin James Fabriga issued the resolution on Wednesday for the filing of cases at the Regional Trial Court in Ormoc City against motorbanca Nirvana-B Skipper Warren Lapara Oleverio, SN2 Jonas Valdez, ASN Joseph Cancilao Blanco 2nd.
