THE Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Inc (MATES), the operator of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), has started its First Quarter 2015 repair and maintenance activities last January 6.
The maintenance works include the repainting of chariot guards as well as concrete and steel barriers in the vicinities of Ayala TR3, Eton and Silangan. The maintenance work is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
