MOTORISTS can expect a snail-paced traffic in some portions of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Quezon City and Caloocan this weekend because of road repairs and reblocking to be conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) advisory on Thursday said the repairs will start at 10 p.m. on Friday until 5 a.m. on Monday.
