SM Prime Holdings Inc. and Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. were recognized by a Hong Kong-based award-giving body for excellence in corporate governance.
In separate statements on Tuesday, SM Prime and Vista Land said several company officials were given accolades for good corporate practices at the recent 6th Asian Excellence Award 2016 organized by Hong Kong-based publication Corporate Governance Asia.
