POWERHOUSE San Miguel Beer posted a lopsided 91-62 win over expansion team Blackwater on Tuesday in the Philippine Basketball Association Season 40 Philippine Cup at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.
Veteran guard Ronald Tubid and guard Solomon Mercado finished with 18 and 15 points, respectively, while Junmar Fajardo added 14 to improve the Beermen’s win-loss record to 9-2. San Miguel Beer’s win secured them the second outright semifinals slot
