The Tower C, which is part of the SMDC’s four-tower M Place @ South Triangle (MPST) development, covers an area of almost a hectare between Panay Avenue and Mother Ignacia Avenue. Towers A and B of the development were topped off in May and in August of 2012, respectively, and are more than 90-percent sold.
On full completion, the development will have a total of 3,437 units.
Tower C of the project is a 27-storey residential building with 778 units. Its construction began in July 2012, and the start of turnover to homebuyers is expected in the third quarter of 2014.
The fourth tower of the development, meanwhile, is currently under construction, and is due to be topped off in early July. Completion of the project is expected by the second quarter of 2015.
Unit types available for MPST include studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 15.65 square meters to 42.7 square meters.
