SM Development Corp. (SMDC), the residential development arm of Sy-led property firm SM Prime Holdings Inc., has turned over more than 2,500 condominium units in its residential towers in Makati and Mandaluyong.
In a statement, SMDC said it had turned over to its customers a total of 2,537 condominium units for two residential towers as of end-June, composed of 1,077 units in Tower C of Jazz Residences in Makati City, and 1,460 units in Tower Three of Light Residences in Mandaluyong.
“We are pleased to welcome the new residents of Jazz Residences and Light Residences. We remain committed to bring conveniences and synergies from our retail, banking and property businesses at their doorstep,” SMDC president Jeffrey Lim said in a statement.
Jazz Residences is a four-tower residential community in Bel-Air Makati which has its own retail strip, the Jazz Mall, and an SM Hypermarket.
Light Residences, on the other hand, is a three-tower residential condominium situated along EDSA corner Madison Street, near MRT Boni station. It also has its own retail podium, two-storey Light Mall which is expected to open in the fourth quarter this year.
Jazz and Light Residences are included in SMDC’s 22 condominium brands including Sun Residences in Quezon City; Chateau Elysee Residences in Bicutan, Paranaque; Mezza Residences and Mezza II Residences on Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City; Berkeley Residences in Katipunan, Quezon City; Breeze Residences in Pasay; Trees Residences in Novaliches, Quezon City; Shore Residences in the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay and Wind Residences in Tagaytay; and Grass Residences among others.
