Smile. Because doing so means you’re happy, confident and beautiful.
But if you can’t flash your pearly whites, it’s probably because there’s something wrong with your teeth. The good news is, there are many dental treatments easily available today, whether you’re at the mall, or even when you’re having a weekend getaway at a luxury hotel.
Yes, Vietura, the newest aesthetic lifestyle institute in Metro Manila, can give you a multi-tasking break at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza. The months’ old hub offers a holistic approach to beauty by offering 100-percent non-invasive treatments, nutritional counseling, life coaching and dental cosmetics, all tailored-fit for every guest.
Among the four programs, dental cosmetics has been the most raved about since Vietura opened its doors. Dr. Cecilia Infantado, chief cosmetic dentist, officially introduced the center’s dental services during a lifestyle gathering at the five-star hotel in Pasay City.
Topping the list is what Infantado calls a “two-hour smile make-over.” According to her, the treatment is a dental sculpture, which uses resin to repair chipped teeth, as well as to coat and whiten discolored teeth. The best part is that it only takes two hours to get a perfect set of teeth.
“After the two-hour smile make-over, the teeth will look natural and beautiful,” Infantado assured everyone of the breakthrough process.
She also noted that Vietura is the first beauty center in the country to offer dental sculpture, which is making waves in the United States.
Besides dental sculpture, Vietura will also be one of the few beauty destinations to offer dental aesthetic re-contouring. Also called cosmetic contouring, the procedure is the best way to maintain a youthful smile because it keeps the natural shape of the face, as well as improves the length to width ratio of one’s teeth.
Complementing the dental re-contouring is the gum re-contouring, which corrects soft tissue aesthetic problems to create gingival symmetry.
The last two services for the teeth are porcelain veneers which can be done to close spaces between teeth, lighten them, repair broken ones, or change the alignment to create a straighter appearance; and bleaching which brightens dark and stained teeth three to five shades lighter in just 45 minutes.
Infantado encouraged everyone to try the different dental cosmetic services of Vietura. She exclaimed, “Smile is the ultimate accessory. So flash it.”
Beauty the natural way
Vietura is the brainchild of Dr. Mary Jane Torres, the same woman behind the successful The Zen Institute that leads in non-invasive beauty treatments and practices. Coming from this background, Torres made sure that Vietura follows the same philosophy in beauty.
This is already evident from the name of the center as it is coined from “vie” meaning life, and “natura” meaning nature.
Vietura’s range of non-invasive treatments start with the face. These are the natural facelift and contour program which uses platelet rich plasma; and power cell lift treatments which stimulate the body’s own healing process to smoothen out lines and deep wrinkles. At the helm of these treatments is Dr. Torres.
Meanwhile, Vietura’s weight management program combines science and healthy lifestyle. The first in the package is Resonax, the latest non-surgical face and body and sculpting technology from Europe. Together with Resonax, an in-house personal trainer will also develop a diet program to deliver lasting results. Lead nutritionist Agnes Tuma-neng takes charge of Vietura’s nutritional counseling.
For stress-busting service, Vietura also recommends its detox program, which includes colonics, hydrotherapy, massage treatments, and a relaxing stay at the Sofitel for rest and recreation.
More significantly, Vietura caps everything off with life coaching services headed by Lisa Tilstra. The American certified practitioner shares her wide range of experiences with Vietura’s clients who need motivational help in achieving their goals.
