We can boast of our grand cinemas like this Directors Cinema and its “extensive luxurious features” but only to cater to non-Pinoy creations of Hollywood blockbusters. Yet with so much youth and talent around us, we can not even come up with modern forms of live entertainment like flash mob dancing and chorale singing. Hangang porma lang tayo. Our theatrical and directorial artists have stopped creating ang harnessing our talented youth. After all, we have all the venues and malls to showcase these dances to an unwary public. What we need is blood, sweat, tears, and imagination. How about it, guys and dolls?
