Soldier shoots dead fellow soldier in Capiz

A soldier was killed on Thursday by his fellow soldier inside their headquarters in Tapaz, Capiz, an official said.

Capt. Eduardo Precioso, spokesman for the Philippine Army’s 3^rd Infantry Division, identified the fatality as Private First Class Delio Sebarillo, 37, a soldier designated to Alpha Coy under the 94^th Infantry Battalion while the suspect was identified as Private First Class Sargie Labao, 28, also from the same unit.
