Sophos last week inaugurated a new Shared Services Center (SSC), in the Philippines, to provide dedicated, round-the-clock level 1 support services to customers across Asia Pacific and globally. The Manila SSC is part of Sophos’s Technical Support organization and complements existing support centers located in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, the UK and US.

Sophos opened the SSC in a formal ceremony presided by Sophos CEO Kris Hagerman, in the presence of Guest-of-Honor Gillian Joyce “Gigi” Virata, Senior Executive Director of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines.
