Healthcare experts are starting to fret that men who frequented fitness centers might consider joining the squad of overweight and obese men. According to the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB), there are 20.9 percent of obese males in the country, and this number might continue to rise if the “dad bod” trend will continue.
