UN SEOUL: United Nations (UN) special rapporteur on human rights Margaret Sekaggya said on Friday that South Korea’s 65-year-old national security act posed a “seriously problematic” challenge to freedom of expression.
Sekaggya had just competed a 10-day fact-finding mission to South Korea, which is more used to seeing human rights criticism directed at neighboring North Korea.
