THE southwest monsoon or “habagat” will continue to affect Luzon and the Visayas on Tuesday, the state-run weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro and Palawan will experience monsoon rains with possible flooding and landslides because of moderate to at times heavy rains.
