AS part of the its community relations efforts, Star Tollway Corp.’s (STC) business development manager Tony Reyes recently visited Archbishop Ramon Arguelles of the Archdiocese of Lipa to share their traffic and safety plans for the 42-kilometer Star Tollway for the forthcoming Holy Week, when thousands of pilgrims and devotees are expected to trek to Batangas for the traditional Visita Iglesia.

“It would greatly help if travel guides and more directional signs leading to churches in Batangas are put up along the Star Tollway,” Bishop Arguelles said. For his part, Reyes obliged to implement the request of the religious leader and at the same time, cited improvements at the tollway’s exits leading to popular church destinations.
