To ensure the safety and comfort of families evacuated from Mount Mayon danger zones in Albay, authorities started distributing "starter kits" to the displaced people.
901st Infantry Brigade commander Col. Raul Farnacio on Friday said that these "starter kits" consist of blankets, sleeping mats and mosquito nets.
