KIDAPAWAN CITY: The Kidapawan City Council on Thursday placed the city under state of calamity, providing Php9.1 million fund for rehabilitation and assistance to some 300 families.
Mayor Joseph Evangelista said most of the funds will be used for rehabilitation of damaged drainage canals, waterways and rivers that crisscrossed in at least 12 villages.
