• Stateland launches new Laguna subdivision


    Mid-income housing south of Metro Manila is expanding again with the launch of the San Francisco Heights subdivision project in Calamba, Laguna by developer Stateland Inc.

    The formal launch was held on May 27 with Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez attending as guest of honor.

    The project covers 23 hectares located in Brgy. Palo Alto in Calamba City, just west of the South Luzon Expressway. Designed in Mediterranean style, lots in San Francisco Heights will have a minimum area of 110 square meters, with house sizes ranging from 36 sqm to 82.5 sqm.

    Four house designs will be offered for San Francisco Heights.

    The smallest, which Stateland describes as “best for startup families,” has two bedrooms and a floor area of 36 sqm. A larger version is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For bigger families, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a total floor area of 82.5 sqm is offered, with one of the bedrooms designed for easy conversion to a studio or home office.

    Finally, the subdivision will also offer a number of single-detached homes of approximately the same size and layout as the four-bedroom model, allowing for more living space.

    Located in rolling terrain with a somewhat cooler climate, the subdivision offers views of Laguna de Bay and easy access to business and commercial areas.

    Amenities include a guarded main entrance gate, a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, and a playground. The clubhouse offers spacious accommodation for social functions with 240 guests, with space available to accommodate up to 400 people in a plenary setting.
