Storm “Paeng” is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Wednesday morning, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
”It will leave the country on Wednesday morning, early Wednesday morning,” PAGASA weather forecaster Leni Ruiz told Philippines News Agency.
