THE Japan International Cooperation Agency’s (JICA) feasibility study on a planned subway system through greater Metro Manila should be ready for National Economic and Development Agency (NEDA) board approval in 18 months, said Transportation and Communications Secretary Jose Emilio Abaya said.
“It has been communicated with JICA that they may proceed with the feasibility study,” Abaya said.
