Take your pick!
Made from the “DNA of [the]free and fearless spirit,” Wrangler is a jeans brand that is always about adventures and challenges. That is why it always delivers crafted, stylish and functional denims that gives every wearer the feeling of endless possibilities.
Moreover, the American brand is backed by 100 years of proud denim heritage, innovation and craftsmanship.
“We’re proud to be blue,” says Wrangler Philippines president Daisy Go. “Our focus on denim, design and of course, our consumers are the driving forces that push the brand to create more and do better.”
She continues, “We are grateful of what Wrangler has accomplished here in the Philippines throughout the years. 2015 is an exciting time for us and we are eager to share what we have in store for everyone.”
On Thursday, the company officially launched two new product lines exclusive to the Philippines at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City.
First was an underwear line, which like its signature denim, benefits from the same superior craftsmanship and eye for detail. Featuring a variety of product categories, a number of collections hitting the shelves very soon, and a fit guide, the underwear collection ensures comfort and style for every wearer.
Next is Wrangler’s newest all men’s non-denim line—yes not jeans—but nevertheless infuses the brand’s ingenious technology. Called Timber Creek, it boasts a diverse selection of khakis featuring fabric technology for a light and breathable feel. The perfect choice for today’s hot weather, men can select from a style roster.
Japanese denim brand Bobson is a master of the art of making modern and streamlined jeans. And part of this is its open and out-seamed finish. This season, the brand proves that this clean look can even be extra-polished by teaching five ways to cuff those Bobson denims.
Start with the basic single cuff for a fuss-free look. It’s a simple fold done with a one-flip upturn and works with most jeans. Experiment with different widths to see which goes best with which pair of shoes.
The wide single cuff meanwhile, works best with narrow jeans and further shows off a tailored look. Those who are on the short side should be careful with this style though, as it takes off a few inches from the height. Simply roll the hem high up and pair off with heavier shoes and boots.
Try Bobson’s red striped with the double cuff and have everyone looking at you! The double cuff is best done on lightweight to mid-weight jeans. Also known as the “clean look cuff,” it is is achieved by rolling the hem up twice to show the inside seams.
The brand’s wide selection of skinny pants for women is perfect for the skinny cuff, which keeps pants’ lean and fit silhouettes. Just do one good tight fold and you’re set. Step in light footwear such as ballet flats or canvas shoes for a look that’s straightforward and fresh.
Finally, those who want to look effortlessly cool can do the stubborn cuff. A style that gives a tousled and relaxed feel, it is done by making a single cuff then doubling up to get a tapered leg. Best to not be too particular on the fold to make it look naturally scrunched up.
Now time to do those cuffs and show the world know of your Bobson style.
