NEW YORK - New York was counting down the hours to the Super Bowl here Sunday, with the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks preparing to face off in one of the most eagerly awaited finales to the American football season in years.
Denver and Seattle, who began training camps in mid-July with winning this game as their goal, were set for an early evening kickoff in Super Bowl 48 in suburban East Rutherford, New Jersey.
