    Support from ‘kabaleyan’

    Customs Commissioner Ruffy Biazon and Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino Jr. present the signed Memorandum of Agreement between the Bureau of Customs and the provincial government of Pangasinan. The latter committed its support for the Customs reform program. The MOA signing between Biazon and Espino took place during the Region I economic summit at Lingayen, Pangasinan province on Friday.

      yes.I agree with you. Biazon is all talk and no actual accomplishment. What can the local government of Pangasinan can do to help in reforming customs.

    2. This Memorandum of Agreement does not mean anything. Very easy to make documents and sign them. What is needed are things done. No need of signing papers when nothing is done on the ground. It only shows hypocrisy on the part of Biazon to show off paper accomplishments.
