The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday junked a petition of Janet Lim Napoles seeking the dismissal of the graft complaints filed against her in connection with the alleged misuse of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) of former representatives Samuel Dangwa and Constantino Jaraula.
The High Court upheld the ruling of the Office of the Ombudsman that found probable cause to file two counts of graft and two counts of malversation of public funds against Napoles.
