A SUSPECT in the killing of a judge from Camarines Sur was arrested on Wednesday, police said, a day after the shooting incident.

Wilfredo Armea shot dead Judge Ricky Begino of the San Jose Municipal Circuit Trial Court over an alleged land dispute. Armea and Begino were neighbors in Presentacion, the Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office said.
