MISAMIS ORIENTAL: One of the suspects in the ambush-slay attempt of Iligan City Rep. Vicente "Varf" Belmonte was arrested Saturday morning in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental the police said here.
The police identified the suspect as a certain Dominador Tumala, 52, of Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del Norte.
