STOCKHOLM: Swedish energy group Vattenfall confirmed on Thursday it would develop a wind farm off the coast of Scotland despite fierce opposition from Donald Trump, who owns a nearby golf course.

The Republican candidate for the US presidency has spent years fighting the proposed construction of 11 turbines off the coast of Aberdeenshire, saying they would be an eyesore.
