Former Iloilo Rep. Augusto “Boboy” Syjuco has filed an impeachment complaint against President Benigno Aquino 3rd at the House of Representatives but it was not endorsed by any lawmaker.
The law allows citizens to file complaints provided they get a lawmaker’s endorsement.
