The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on Monday issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) allowing commercial aircraft (turbo propeller aircraft only) to operate at Tacloban Airport in Leyte.
The NOTAM canceled an earlier one, Notam C047/14, issued on Sunday after authorities assessed that the airport’s terminal is safe and ready for commercial use.
