The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has ordered the relief of the area center manager of Daniel Z. Romualdez (DZR) Airport in Tacloban City following complaint of stall concessionaire. CAAP spokesman Eric Apolonio, said Director General William Hotchkiss reassigned DZR area manager Antonio Alfonso to the Aerodrome Development and Management Service (ADMS) at its headquarters in Manila. The relieve was ordered pending result of an unsigned complaint by a man alleging the Alfonso prevented him from dealing with those interested in renting stalls in the area where he is a concessionaire. Alonzo used to manage commercial airports in Area VIII such as DZR, Calbayog Catarman and Ormoc, as well as community airports in Biliran, Borongan, Catbalogan, Guian, Hilongos and Maasin.
