Tagbilaran Airport now open for bigger planes

Flights of Philippine Airlines (PAL) to Tagbilaran Airport have resumed on Monday after the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) allowed bigger planes to operate at the airport. Bigger jets such as Boeing B737 and A320 were restricted at the airport on Saturday when a PAL Express Airbus A320 had engine problem after landing, which limited operations to turbo-propeller aircraft because of limited ramp space at the terminal.
