A bettor from Tagum City, Davao del Norte has bagged the P70-million jackpot prize in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s (PCSO) lotto draw on Monday.
According to the office of PCSO acting chairperson, lawyer Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, the lone bettor got the winning combination using the Standard bet.
