Tail-end of cold front, northeast monsoon bring rains in Luzon, E. Visayas on Friday

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers will be experienced Friday in some parts Luzon and Eastern Visayas due to two weather systems affecting the country.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather forecaster Aldczar Aurelio said the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the northeast monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
