Taiwan Navy vessel Chung He arrived in Cebu Harbor on November 29 carrying 530 tons of relief items including solar panel generators, tents, rice, clothing, crackers and cookies, ready-to-eat food, and drinking water, to help the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda.
