TAIPEI: Taiwan has protested a decision by Spain to deport more than 200 Taiwanese fraud suspects to China, the latest such deportation amid frosty cross-strait ties.
The 269 Chinese and Taiwanese telecom scam suspects were caught in Spain in December, according to Taiwan's foreign affairs ministry.
