The three companions of the slain Taiwanese fisherman in the Balintang Channel shooting arrived with their lawyers on Sunday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to testify in the preliminary investigation of the homicide charges filed against members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
Airport authorities identified the three witnesses as Shang Yu Ze Hong, Hung Yu Chih and Hong Zhe, while their lawyers from Taiwan’s justice department were identified as Chen Feng Fu and Chen Zhou Han.
