The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is coordinating with the Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan for the return of three Filipino fishermen who were rescued by the Taiwan Coast Guard on July 15 after they got lost on high seas during bad weather conditions.

The fishermen were identified as Ronald Dumaran, Edwin Zoilo, and Gener Mendoza, all of Santa Ana, Cagayan, said PCG spokesman Commander Arman Balilo. The three were rescued at about 80 nautical miles off Southern Taiwan’s Kaohsiung City.
