TAIPEI: Taiwan’s struggling smartphone maker HTC is hoping Hollywood action-hero Robert Downey Jr. can come to its rescue.
The star of the Iron Man franchise has reportedly been paid $10 million to feature in a TV commercial that will hit worldwide markets including the United States, United Kingdom and Germany on Thursday, HTC said.
