MOTORCYCLE riding gunmen struck twice in Agusan del Sur killing two retail storeowners. Ernie Pujida Nuer, 36, of Purok 1, Barangay San Nicolas in Agusan del Sur’s Tacalogon town was shot dead as he stood before Llena’s Store at around 11 a.m. on Wednesday in Purok Tambis, Barangay San Isidro. The riders both wearing helmets shot Nuer four times before riding away. In the other incident, the tandem rider gunmen even pretended to be customers and bought beer from Clark Pacatang Sr., 36, of Barangay Bayugan 3, Rosario. Pacatang’s killing occurred at around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday inside his store at Purok-7 of said village. The suspects who rode on a red Honda TMX single motorcycle ordered two bottles of beer from Pacatang, the reports said. The reports said that after serving the suspects’ order of beer, the victim went back to the counter, but was followed by one the suspects who shot the victim several times, twice hitting him in the head, killing him on the spot, the reports said.

    If only criminals and law enforcements personnel have guns then it is easy to kill civilians. The police are not present every where to prevent a crime. They are always present after the crime is done.
