“Free Facebook is Back. This time, with Viber too,” Peter Bithos, Chief Operating Advisor, Globe Telecom said.

According to Bhitos,“ starting January 13, 2015–and for an entire month–our world-renowned Free Facebook is back. But, this time, we have decided to spice it up a bit.”

Globe also said that in the month leading up to Valentine’s Day, Globe is also offering Free Viber for all Globe customers in the Philippines.

“And also at Globe we make it easy for you–no purchase required, no promo required, no daily registration required, and available to all Globe customers [mobile and Tattoo]. . . plus, it comes with all our love and affection,” Bithos said.

Also, to start the year 2015, Smart is extending its “game-changer” free Internet promo for all Smart, Talk ‘N Text and Sun Cellular subscribers until February 5, 2015.

Through the Smart Free Internet promo, all 69 million Smart, Talk ‘N Text and Sun Cellular subscribers all over the country can use their data-enabled cell phones to access the Internet without data charges, for up to 30MB daily.

Smart also announced that its network is ready for the expected surge in mobile data traffic in 2015 after the holiday sales of smartphones were better than expected.
