TELEPERFORMANCE, a leading global provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is expanding its operation in the Philippines inaugurating its 16th business center in the country.
The newest site at SM Aura in Taguig City, considered one of Teleperformance’s biggest business centers in the country, has over 2,000 employee workstations.
Travis Coates, Teleperformance Philippines managing director, said the new site covers 10,000 square meters of office space with a world-class facility.
“The launch of Teleperformance Aura is a true homecoming for us. Our first office in the country was established in Taguig in 1996 with just a few employees,” said Coates.
To date, the business process outsourcing (BPO) firm has over 4,000 employees in the country.
“We are proud to say that this continuous expansion has been the result of our employees’ hard work and perseverance over the last two decades,” said Coates.
Apart from expanding its operations in Luzon, Coates said they are also seriously considering adding more sites in Mindanao.
At present, Teleperformance has a business site in Davao City with more than 2,600 employees.
“We are constantly looking for opportunities to recruit people. We will definitely expand in Mindanao,” he added.
