LEGAZPI CITY: Ten passengers were rescued by fishermen after a motorized banca capsized in the waters off Cawayan town in Masbate at 1:00 PM on Friday due to big waves.
The M/B Necel was loaded with ten passengers who were on their way to Naro Island in Cawayan from Mahayahan Island when it capsized after it was hit by big waves.
