The 6-foot-2 Teng scored 18 points when the Green Archers nailed a come-from-behind 60-58 victory over the University of the East (UE) Red Warriors last Sunday.

“Anyone can score for our team. We just try to look for the open guy and also improve our team chemistry,” said the 20-year-old Teng.

He also chipped in nine points, six rebounds and five assists in La Salle’s 57-55 win over National University (NU) last Wednesday.

Teng beat NU forward Troy Rosario and Far Eastern University (FEU) guard Mike Tolomia for the weekly citation backed by Bactigel hand sanitizer, Doctor J Mighty Alcohol and Mighty Mom Anti-bacteria.

La Salle is currently in sixth place with a 2-2 mark. NU and Ateneo de Manila University are sharing the top spot with identical 3-1 followed by UE, FEU and last year’s runner-up University of Santo Tomas with 2-1 each. Adamson University (0-3) and University of the Philippines (0-4) are still winless.
