BANGKOK: Eleven staff from a Bangkok elementary school were killed when their people carrier flipped over and caught on fire after a tire burst, an official said Saturday.
The accident took place Friday evening on a motorway in Chonburi province as the teachers and other school staff traveled back to Bangkok from a seminar in Rayong province.
