Your tribute to Dr. Romualdez is very touching. If only then president Estrada went the straight path, we wonder how much more Dr. Romualdez could have accomplished in his modest and unpretentious way. Estrada’s cabinet secretaries were, I think, the best of the lot, if only he was as good as them, maybe things would have turned out differently for our country.
