ORION: Three suspected thieves of gamecocks were killed by police during a shootout at dawn on Thursday in Barangay Sto. Domingo in this town. Orion police chief Senior Insp. Ronnie Fabia identified the fatalities as Billsar Leoveras, Rex Balaguer and Danilo Cunanan. Leoveras and Balaguer died on the spot while Cunanan was rushed to the Bataan General Hospital in Balanga but was declared dead on arrival. Recovered from the three were two caliber .38 revolver with spent shells and gamecocks placed in 15 “bayong” allegedly stolen from a gamecock farm in Barangay Sto. Domingo.
