The fifth and tenth most wanted drug suspects in Parañaque City (Metro Manila) have been arrested in two separate buy-busts.
Senior Supt. Ariel Andrade, city police chief, identified the suspects as Sammy Leyros, 48, and Mark Manalo, 25, who both fell in Thursday’s entrapments in Barangay Santo Niño and Barangay San Antonio, respectively.
Each suspect yielded several sachets of suspected shabu, which a poseur had bought with P1,000 in marked money.
Based on police records, Leyros is No. 5 and Manalo is No. 10 on the Paranaque police’s drug hot list.
The two are now detained and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act).
