ALL top 10 drug personalities in Taguig City are now behind bars following the arrest of a former member of Philippine Marines who was tagged as No. 3 in the city’s drug hotlist. Suspect Alfonso Daquel alias “Otoy,” along with his wife Siena Joyce, were arrested in an entrapment operation in Barangay Central Signal Village. Chief Insp. Jerry Amindalan, head of Taguig City Police Station Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group, said the arrest yielded six plastic sachets containing shabu with a street value of P150,000. Amindalan said the Taguig police’s 2015 Third Quarter report – containing the names of the 183 individuals arrested for involvement in the illegal drug trade – have been submitted to Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, who commended the police for their work.
