THE consolidated net income of Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corp. in the first half of the year has increased by 43 percent driven by higher energy sales amid increased supply.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Thursday, the company said net income in the first half rose to P542 million from P377 million in the same period last year.
